Responsibilities
* Establishing and continuously improving FOUR PAWS\' global monitoring & evaluation (M&E) framework to track our strategic, tactical and operational performance and impact
* Collecting data and analysing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making (developing ETL processes for different data projects, using SQL, Python, Spark, etc.)
* Developing and implementing methodologies and tools for data collection, validation, and impact measurement
* Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and data pipelines to enable performance monitoring and insights
* Conducting meetings and workshops to collect business requirements and facilitate discussions between key stakeholders to support agreements
* Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation)
* Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams
Your profile
* Your profile ideally illustrates
* Hands-on, advanced experience with automation and data tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI and Excel is required
* Experience using SQL, Python, Spark, or similar data processing tools
* Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar) is preferred
* Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results
* High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams
* Excellent English and strong communication skills
* Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS\' vision and mission

* The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 47,000 - EUR 59,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
