* Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university)
* Knowledge of plastics, mechanical or electrical engineering
* CAD skills (preferably CATIA V5)
* Creative and innovative team player
* High social and methodological competence as well as communication skills
* We require written and spoken English and organizational skills

* Development of connectors and cable harnesses, from the creative idea to the innovative series product
* Design and concept coordination directly with our customers
* Design using CAD (CATIA V5) and support of the entire development process in project teams
* Responsibility for the component function in a demanding automotive environment
