Administrative Assistant – Quality Assurance and Accreditation
1010 Vienna | full time | immediate start
Efficiently manage shared office mailbox, keeping communications organized and the team up to date on incoming communications. Regularly update accreditation manuals, processes, and supporting resources. Supporting the IASIOS team and COO in administrative tasks related to the development of the accreditation system.
Utilise online platforms, conferences, and industry events to identify prospects in coordination with the Business Development Representative.
Database Management Support:
Support the Business Development Representative in keeping an organised and updated database of leads, contacts, and interactions. Relevant educational background or work experience
High interest in the medical field, scientific/medical congresses
Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher), other languages are a bonus!
Technological proficiency using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Displays a strong focus on customer satisfaction and collaborates effectively within a team environment
Friendly atmosphere in an international and highly-motivated team
Training and international travel opportunities (2-4 times a year)
The minimum starting salary is € 2,300 gross, with the option to negotiate based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
