Supply Chain Expert - Fruits & Vegetables (f/m/d) How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
* Be an integral part of our European Fresh Produce (fruits andvegetables)Import Hub project
* You'll shape the future supply chain for fruit and vegetables across all ALDI SÜD countries in Europe
* Develop and harmonize processes for an efficient fruit and vegetable supply chain
* Analyze current processes and data to define optimal supply chain strategies
* Establish best-practice operational standards to streamline sourcing and logistics
* Drive continuous improvement of operational processes for fresh fruit and vegetables
* Collaborate closely with an international team, suppliers, logistics providers, and country organizations
Candidate Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* A completed university degree, ideally in supply chain management, agricultural sciences orfood technology
* Hands-on experience in supply chain or purchasing processes for imported fruit and vegetables
* Expertise in handling and processing fresh fruit and vegetables, such as ripening preferably within the retail sector
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex data
* A proactive, can-do attitude, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments
* A structured, reliable, and results-driven approach to work
* Fluency in business English; additional European languages are a plus

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
