Digital Designer - UI/UX | Pro (all genders)
Start immediately. Total hours available full-time 36 h week. Location: Salzburg or Vienna.
You design sophisticated websites and digital platforms with a clear focus on usability, design quality and technical precision. You think from the user's perspective, work in a structured manner in Figma and enjoy making interfaces not only beautiful, but also truly understandable.
Your tasks
* Design and further development of user interfaces for websites, platforms and digital systems.
* Creation of UX structures, navigation concepts and interaction flows for complex web projects.
* Development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries in Figma.
* Implementation of microinteractions and UX motion details to make user feedback and interaction clear and noticeable.
* Collaboration on user testing and prototype validation to optimise designs.
* Close coordination with UX, development and project management.
What you can contribute
* Several years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in the field of websites or platforms.
* Very good knowledge of Figma – design systems, auto layout, variants, prototyping.
* Understanding of usability, information architecture, interaction design and UX motion basics.
* Meticulous, structured way of working with high standards of visual quality.
* Experience in working with developers and a basic understanding of technology.
* Very good knowledge of German and English.
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
