Quality Manager HSSEQ
Are you passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Quality Manager HSSEQ to ensure our integrated management system meets ISO standards and supports operational excellence across all levels of the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure that the HSSEQ management system fulfills the requirements of applicable ISO standards
Maintain the integrity of the quality management system when changes are planned and implemented
Manage and continuously improve HSSEQ documentation (review, update, retention, and cost control)
Support the setting of HSSEQ objectives and monitor performance through KPI reporting and monthly reviews
Plan, organize, and conduct internal system audits; prepare and support customer audits
Advise and support staff on all aspects of the HSSEQ management system and documentation
Participate in internal meetings and cross‑functional HSSEQ activities
Cooperate closely with process owners to ensure processes deliver the intended results
Coordinate and monitor corrective, preventive, and improvement actions
Report on the performance of the HSSEQ management system and on opportunities for improvement to top management
Your Profile:
Several years of professional experience in quality management
Valid qualification as Quality Manager
Additional qualifications as Environmental and/or Health & Safety Manager would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 39001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 20000‑1)
Familiarity with MS Office and related applications
Understanding of company processes, organization, and values
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
