Production Manager (Production and Packaging)
Based in our head office of Windsor Gardens, Adelaide.
About the role
An experienced operations professional will oversee the operations of our Dry Pasta line, ensuring maximum production, maintenance alignment, team leadership, resource management, project delivery, continuous improvement, strategic input, reporting, WHS compliance, and food safety under HACCP.
Responsibilities
* Maximise production to meet schedules.
* Align maintenance program and production schedule to minimise downtime.
* Provide strong leadership: directing, mentoring, setting targets, and follow‑up.
* Manage people, equipment and budgets efficiently.
* Oversee projects to scope, time, cost, and resource constraints, minimising operational impact.
* Drive continuous improvement and set high standards.
* Offer strategic input to key business decisions.
* Provide systematic and ad‑hoc reports to stakeholders.
* Ensure WHS legislative and regulatory compliance.
* Ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.
* Fully onsite role (no WFH).
About you

Qualifications
* Experience in manufacturing industry (Food, FMCG or dairy).
* Proven leadership experience with large teams.
* Track record of strong people management and leadership.
* Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage day‑to‑day issues while maintaining site‑wide long‑term projects.
* Effective resource management: budgets, equipment, human resources.
