Manager of Network Development – East EU
We are currently looking for a Manager of Network Development of East EU. The role involves implementing the sales and distribution strategy in the East EU, Turkey and Israel and building a professional retail network with external partners (distributors, dealers, etc.). The position reports directly to the East EU Regional Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an effective retail network strategy and plan for the East EU, Turkey and Israel, ensuring GAC and its partners are ready to launch the brand professionally and provide excellent service to future customers.
* Lead the selection, evaluation, appointment and authorization of importers and dealers in assigned markets, manage dealer onboarding processes (including due diligence, contract preparation and launch readiness), and support importers in dealer recruitment and network expansion initiatives.
* Ensure network development activities comply with EU and local regulations, including competition and franchise laws.
* Maintain network performance and optimization by ensuring all partners comply with brand standards, CI/VI guidelines, and retail concept requirements.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, Legal and Logistics teams to guarantee network readiness and operational effectiveness, support new model launches and market entries from a network infrastructure perspective, and coordinate dealer facility planning, showroom upgrades and service capacity development.
* Cooperate with regional Marketing & Communications, Fleet Sales & Remarketing and Customer Service colleagues; manage network development projects, timelines, budgets and external partners (e.g., consultants, architects).
* Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in network development, dealer development or retail operations within the automotive industry.
* Fluent in English (business negotiations, report writing, aligning with Chinese headquarters). Mastery of Turkish, Israeli or other East EU languages is a plus.
* Ideally experienced in building a brand/network from 0‑1.
* Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self‑starting and hands‑on.
* Flexibility regarding frequent business travel in the East EU, Turkey and Israel.
