Ihre Aufgaben:
The Analyst will be part of a global team that has presences in North America and Europe. The Analyst will be responsible for negotiating and managing various regional contracts, will represent the Vendor Management team in the region towards internal customers and global partners and vendors.
1. Main contact for local needs and to manage global partners in the region
2. Contract negotiation, design, review, management and administration
3. Vendor sourcing, negotiations and vendor management for SAP (ECC, S4HANA, SAP Hosting) and Network Services (SDWAN, MPLS) with existing vendors
4. Global project coordination and communication
5. Internal demand consolidation and interface towards functional departments
Unsere Anforderungen:
6. A bachelor's degree in an analytical field (general business, economics, psychology, computer science, mathematics, statistics or finance) OR adequate working experience ( in the field of IT procurement Skills and Competencies)
7. Experience in negotiating and managing large complex contracts in one or more IT categories, including for SAP (ECC, S4HANA, SAP Hosting) and Network Services (SDWAN, MPLS)
8. Experience with software licensing / contracts / framework agreements and volume purchasing
9. Excellent negotiations skills and trainings
10. Solid MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills
11. Business English (C1) is required and solid German (B2) is of advantage
12. Manage tasks independently and efficiently, collaborating with teams and stakeholders
13. Communicate effectively, prioritize deadlines and maintain confidentiality
14. Regular travel 10-15% of the time
Angebote & Benefits:
Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens € 57.000 - € 75.000. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
