Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalized, anticipatory service in alignment with The Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards to create exceptional guest experiences during the evening service
* Provide expert knowledge of steak cuts, preparation methods, and wine pairings; confidently guide guests through the menu
* Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring flawless food and beverage service with attention to presentation and timing
* Maintain impeccable mise en place, manage a clean and organized station, and uphold luxury dining setup standards
* Collaborate seamlessly with culinary and service teams; support fellow Ladies and Gentlemen and contribute to smooth, efficient operations
* Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards, handling guest feedback professionally and proactively
Your Qualifications
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or fine‑dining environment
* Strong knowledge of à la carte service procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail‑oriented, with a polished and professional demeanor
* Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Very reliable knowledge of German and English; any additional language is advantageous

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full‑time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
