Your main tasks in this role are:
* As a Recruitment Consultant, you play a dual role: leading searches to attract world-class leaders while also shaping and enhancing our recruitment processes to ensure we’re operating at peak performance
* In your role you will work on and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
* You will manage end-to-end leadership/executive recruitment processes
* You will partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and craft targeted search strategies for leadership roles
* You will lead or support the design and implementation of recruiting tools, reporting, and best practices
* You enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, as well with top-tier executive search firm
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* You are passionate about finding top leadership talent and driving strategic improvements in how recruiting is done
* You possess 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in executive search and you have proven track record of successful board-level placements
* A strong network within relevant executive search firms and exceptional communication skills as an advisory partner for senior management are your professional core competencies
* You bring experience in supporting leadership and board-level hiring decisions, strong business acumen and industry knowledge
* With your great stakeholder management skills, you can build rapport with senior executives
* Excellent project management and organisational skills describe your working style
* Ideally, you bring experience in both in-house and agency executive recruitment, as well as an understanding of executive compensation structures
* You’re fluent in English

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
