Role Overview
* Full ownership over design decisions, shaping the user experience across multiple platforms, and directly influencing the product roadmap.
* End‑to‑end ownership of features across mobile, web, and desktop, maintaining and evolving the design system.
* Close collaboration with product owners, developers, and testers in an agile setup, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the product.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS or complex digital products.
* Deep expertise in Figma and design systems, building scalable, reusable components.
* Solid understanding of user‑experience methods: personas, user journeys, usability testing, and iterative design.
* Experience working in Scrum/Kanban teams and collaborating with distributed development teams.
* Ability to simplify complex systems, connect user needs with business goals, and create intuitive interfaces.
* Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
* Soft skills: autonomous, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to give and receive constructive feedback.
