About the Role
South Bank Corporation (SBC) has embarked on an ambitious multi-year Systems Uplift Program to modernise and integrate the technology supporting one of Australia’s most visited destinations. As Program and Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of this transformation, strengthening systems that underpin governance, finance, assets, HR, and operations. This role is central to preparing South Bank Corporation for its next decade of growth, including its contribution to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Working closely with the Executive Team, Project Management Office and specialist vendors, you’ll bring structure, momentum, and visible impact to a program that supports a world‑class precinct.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and risk frameworks in relation to the Systems Uplift Program
* Support the Business in delivering end-to-end upgrades across key corporate and operational systems in a program or project management capacity.
* Coordinate internal and external resources to meet program milestones
* Oversee scoping, vendor selection, budgets, schedules, and testing for defined systems projects
* Embed documentation, handover, and uplift of PMO processes and capability
About You
* Relevant Tertiary and post graduate qualifications (or equivalent) in IT, business, or IT project management.
* Demonstrated success leading large-scale system upgrade or transformation programs
* Strong experience across governance, risk, budget, and stakeholder management
* Confident communicator able to partner with senior executives and vendors
* Skilled in project documentation, reporting, and change enablement
* Background in government, precinct, or infrastructure settings advantageous
