Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. This role focuses on planning, budgeting, producing, and facilitating our live communication formats—town halls, department meetings, global function meetings, Q&As—across hybrid, digital, and on-site settings. You'll own content coordination, agenda design, speaker alignment, storyline and messaging, media support and production, pre- and post-event communications, and feedback/surveys. Furthermore, you'll establish clear standards while creating memorable, high-energy experiences. Finally, you'll advise stakeholders on the right format for their communication goals and tailor concepts to fit—from conception and run-of-show to delivery and follow-up.
2. You'll help develop and run our network of “Comms Champions” across departments and markets. You'll also enable and empower Champions through regular community sessions and events to boost engagement and elevate communication capabilities across functions, departments, and teams.
