Senior Expert Key Account Management (gn) - focus gas trading services
* Design and execute sales strategy for Austria and specific CEE gas markets, ensuring market expansion and revenue growth.
* Utilize IT tools to analyze customer and sales performance, monitor market trends, and prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
* Representation at industry fairs, stakeholder events, and customer meetings while promoting business opportunities.
* Perform key account management, maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring effective engagement in designated markets.
* Facilitate market liquidity and transactions by engaging with customers and implementing sales strategies tailored to specific market areas.
* Lead projects for market entry and gas exchange implementation, fostering business growth through strategic initiatives.
* Expand and refine the product portfolio in Austria and the CEE region while collaborating with internal departments and business partners for continuous development.
* Maintain close relationships with market operators, transmission system operators, local authorities, and other stakeholders crucial to the business.
* Monitor and analyze the traded gas market, assess competitors, and report on developments while utilizing designated IT tools and sales methods.
* Provide training and education to customers on gas exchange trading systems, regulatory frameworks, and contractual agreements.
Your profile
* Master's in Business Administration or Marketing or similar with at least 7 years of professional experience.
* Proven experience in sales and key account management within the energy sector.
* Familiarity with modern IT applications and software, supporting business processes efficiently.
* Experience in leading and executing projects.
* Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
* Focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Fluent in English, German of advantage.
