Responsibilities
1. Independent analysis and assessment of complex financing structures, particularly in project finance, LBOs, and corporate finance
2. Conducting comprehensive risk analyses, due-diligence assessments and deriving internal ratings
3. Preparing clear risk assessments and recommendations for decision-making committees and for new transaction reviews
4. Acting as a strong sparring partner for front-office and origination units in the structuring of new transactions
5. Ongoing monitoring of the credit portfolio, including regular reviews and performance assessments
6. Contributing to cross-departmental projects within credit risk management
Profile
7. Professional experience in structured finance, ideally with a focus on project finance, LBOs, or comparable transactions
8. Experience in the analysis of subordinated financing instruments is an advantage
9. Strong communication skills, both within the team and when interacting with decision-makers and various stakeholders
10. Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German skills would be a plus
11. Strong analytical mindset, structured way of working, and high resilience under pressure

Salary information
17. The compensation for this position is at least € gross per year. An overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
