YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning, managing, and further developing the Integrated Management System (IMS) with a focus on occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire safety
2. Analyzing and optimizing internal processes and workflows
3. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards, including coordination with authorities and close collaboration with internal stakeholders
4. Contact person for HSE risk management with responsibility for identifying, assessing, and deriving measures for health, safety, and environmental risks
5. Serving as the contact person for development and product management to integrate ecological criteria throughout the entire product development process
6. Supporting and coordinating internal and external audits, and deriving actions based on audit findings
YOUR PROFILE:
7. Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University, or equivalent) with a focus on engineering, environmental sciences, safety technology, chemistry, or a related field
8. At least 3 years of professional experience in coordinating integrated or individual management systems, with a focus on compliance and risk management
9. Certification as an auditor and as a system manager or technical expert in at least one of the following standards: ISO 14001 or ISO 45001
10. Training as a safety specialist is an advantage
11. Experience with tools for process and risk control
12. Strong skills in data analysis and reporting related to management systems
13. Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% per year
14. Very good knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
