YOUR CONTRIBUTION
* In your role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring our voice communication systems.
* You will carry out the implementation and commissioning on site at the customer's premises, ensuring that smooth operation in the control centers.
* After successful commissioning, you will support our customers in the first few weeks as a competent contact person. You will then hand over the control center to our support team.
* As an interface, you will support the technical support team in an advisory capacity.
YOUR SKILLSET
* You are qualified for your role if you have completed technical training in the IT or communications engineering field.
* You have already gained experience with IT systems and are ideally familiar with the VoIP environment.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 42,224.00. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
