What you will work on
8. Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of projects involving cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures.
9. Design and implement scalable applications using the .NET full stack (C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.).
10. Integrate AI/ML capabilities using services like Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, or custom models.
11. Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes (on-prem and in the cloud).
12. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code are in place.
13. Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering.
14. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
15. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
What you bring with you
16. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
17. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)
18. Strong expertise in .NET full stack development
19. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
20. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and on-premise infrastructure
21. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer)
22. Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, and monitoring tools
23. Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications
24. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum
25. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
26. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, public sector) is a plus
The minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 70,000 (gross annual salary all-in). However, we are of course willing to provide overpayment based on prior qualifications and experience!
