We are looking for an aspiring full-stack developer with interest in motion-capturing to extend our team. Commencement date: immediately or as soon as possible.
In collaboration with our CTO, you will be working on creating mobile app prototypes and testing current code for upcoming initiatives.

Beyond Motion was founded in 2024 with the aim to revolutionize physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Since then, we have received seven-figure public funding grants, and we recently closed our first round of investment.
The company is located in Graz, Austria. Nonetheless, our objective is to achieve global recognition.
Role Description
We are searching for a Full-Stack Developer who is either just graduating from college or just started the career, who wants to advance with the company and eventually aim for a senior position.
High levels of enthusiasm and, more importantly, a willingness to take risks and assume responsibility are necessary for this position. In our group, there is no place to hide. You can shine here and help shape the future of our company!

Yes, we pay market-standard salaries.
And no, we will not suggest to you to earn less money in exchange for shares in the company. (Even though we are positive that the future is bright, we still believe in the present.)

The application process
If we invite you for a first interview (usually a video call unless it is easy for you to come by the office), we will chat for about 30 minutes to get to know each other. To us, the most critical aspect is that you and we are compatible on a personal level. Chemistry!
When both of us agree that we are a good fit, we set up a follow-up interview to discuss your qualifications, skills, and experience.
Upon confirmation that your qualifications align with our specifications, you will be invited to participate in a third and final interview with our CEO to discuss all aspects of the contract.
If we agree on the terms, the contract will be sent out and signed within two days.
You can expect at most two weeks to pass between stage 2 and signing the contract. Typically, we manage this in less time.
