DO & CO is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef for Japanese Cuisine to join our dynamic team in Vienna. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Japanese cuisine for our exclusive airline catering service. You will lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that every meal meets our standards.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook authentic Japanese cuisine to the highest standard.
* Lead the kitchen team in the preparation of the dishes.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
* You must have previous experience in Japanese cuisine.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high volume kitchen environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service.
* Proficiency in German and/or English.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
