Job Overview
The Head of Franchise Growth will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding new franchise partners within the Victorian Commercial Real Estate market while ensuring long-term success and alignment with the company’s values and strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate, business development expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive expansion efforts across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise growth strategy to expand our network.
2. Identify and engage potential franchisees who align with our brand and business model.
3. Manage the full franchise sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to final agreements.
4. Provide guidance and support to franchise partners to ensure operational success.
5. Work closely with marketing and legal teams to develop compelling franchise marketing materials and ensure compliance with franchise regulations.
6. Conduct market research to identify prime locations and growth opportunities.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees.
8. Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in commercial real estate, franchise development, or business expansion.
2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commercial property market and franchise business models.
3. Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record in sales, business development, and closing high-value deals.
4. Leadership: Ability to mentor and support franchise partners for long-term success.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
6. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and develop scalable growth strategies.
7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
