I am currently recruiting for a long-standing, highly respected real estate agency located in Brisbane’s inner suburbs.

The Portfolio
Manage approximately 160 properties
Well-maintained portfolio
Clear procedures and systems in place
You will be responsible for:
Entry & Exit inspections
Maintenance coordination
Daily landlord & tenant communication
You will NOT be responsible for:
Routine inspections (completed by dedicated field agents)
Lease renewal administration (supported by admin team)
Invoice processing (handled by reception)
Weekly & Saturday leasing inspections (managed by Leasing Manager)
This structure allows you to focus on managing relationships and delivering quality service, not being stretched across everything.
Salary & Benefits
$90,000 – $100,000 + Super
Company car provided for inspections
Monday to Friday only
