As a fully-fledged team member, you will take on important tasks as an intern and contribute to making Austrian Airlines a top employer.
1. You support the entire recruiting process from the selection to the hiring of candidates
2. You create job advertisements and publish them in the e-recruiting system
3. You coordinate appointments with applicants and coordinate the organisation of assessment centers
4. You support HR projects
5. You prepare information and assist with administrative activities

6. You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate must be attached to the application), ideally in a degree program with a focus on HR management, psychology or similar
7. You have an affinity for HR systems/topics and are quick on the uptake
8. You are customer- and service-oriented
9. You enjoy working independently and find it easy to structure complex tasks well
10. You have a high level of self-motivation, commitment and a hands-on mentality
11. You are communicative and a team player
12. You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
13. You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
