Responsibilities
* Shape the future of maintenance in a strategic role within an international environment, driven by modern data-based approaches:
* Strategic evaluation of our asset base across the entire lifecycle
* Derivation of measures for equipment based on KPIs and data analyses (optimization of maintenance strategy, replacement, refurbishment, decommissioning)
* Support of budgeting and investment planning processes
* Analysis and optimization of spare parts management, including inventory strategies and risk assessment
* Collaboration with international sites in the rollout of standardized processes
* Site-wide coordination of the annual summer shutdown
Qualifications
* Technical education (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, smart production, business intelligence) or a comparable qualification
* Experience in maintenance or spare parts planning, service, or industrial process optimization
* Hands‑on experience in data analysis and strong Excel skills; SAP and Power BI knowledge are a plus
* Strong analytical mindset and a passion for preparing and interpreting complex data sets
* Solid understanding of equipment and processes, as well as experience in planning, optimization, or project management
* Very good German and English skills
Benefits
Minimum salary: EUR 53,240.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance‑related salary with corresponding overpayment.
