Responsibilities
* Conduct research on circular material solutions, polymer recycling processes, and sustainable innovations.
* Develop and evaluate new materials, formulations, and recycling techniques to improve plastic sustainability.
* Monitor and interpret evolving regulations, industry standards, and sustainability policies affecting plastics and circular economy.
* Assist in defining strategic approaches for customers to implement sustainable material solutions.
* Engage with clients, industry associations, and stakeholders to promote circular economy strategies.
* Assist in developing internal guidelines and best practices for sustainable material use and recycling.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sustainability, sales, and compliance) to align efforts.
* Provide training and guidance to internal teams on material sustainability and circular economy principles.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of plastics, polymers, and recycling processes is an advantage.
* Ability to analyze material properties and sustainability impacts.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and independent approach to work.
* Fast comprehension and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
* Enthusiasm for developing new material solutions and advancing sustainability efforts.
