Key Responsibilities
Franchise Growth & Expansion (Core Focus)
* Reporting to the Head of Network Performance, develop and execute growth strategies to expand the franchise network throughout SA
* Identify, qualify and onboard new franchise prospects – create a strong pipeline and conversion strategy
* Drive market intelligence and competitor insights to inform expansion plans
* Undertake regular day trips across SA to meet with existing and prospective franchise partners
Performance & Support Leadership
* Partner with franchise owners to identify performance improvement opportunities, recruitment and growth initiatives
* Deliver coaching, guidance and tailored business support to help franchisees achieve objectives
* Track and report on key performance metrics (revenue, listings, conversions, client satisfaction)
* Act as an ambassador for the brand within industry and community networks
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to align growth and support strategies
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences and franchisee forums
About You
* Demonstrated experience driving growth outcomes – ideally within franchised, property, retail or service-oriented networks
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise, network development or business growth
* Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
* Commercial acumen and a track record of turning insights into action
* Franchise background is a strong advantage
* Real estate industry experience is mandatory for this position
