To expand our team, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:
Graphic Design & IT Specialist (32-38.5 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
Graphic, media and web design:
* Design print and digital media such as logos, info graphics, leaflets, etc.
* Continue and develop our existing Corporate Design environment
* Create graphics for social media and newsletters
* Design advertising materials and merchandising products
* Design/optimize websites (UI/UX design, wiki and WordPress-based)
Photo and video:
* Plan and implement production of photos and videos (e.g. Oroboros Videosupport)
* Process photos, retouch and perform color adjustments, edit videos and animations
IT:
* Manage our IT infrastructure together with an IT partner firm
* Solve IT problems (first-level support) for our employees
* Set up AI-based GPTs for workflow automation and support the implementation of AI into our business processes

Your profile:
* Practiced use of MS Office 365 (Power User) and common graphic design applications of the Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong IT user knowledge and experience with operating systems, Windows 10 and newer, user administration, software and hardware set-up
* Experience with MediaWiki-based websites and applications is advantageous (wiki.oroboros.at, www.bioblast.at)
* Very good written and spoken English skills, German skills are advantageous
* Experience with implementing AI tools in diverse areas
* Knowledge about setting up AI-based GPTs for workflow automation is advantageous
* Meticulous work ethics, attention to detail, keen eye for design, ability to work in a team, interest in technology, problem-solving skills, creativity
