We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented Supply Chain Manager. As the leader of our local Planning & Purchasing team, you will be responsible for ensuring high production efficiency and supply chain excellence in the high-voltage component industry.
* The role involves leading cross-functional teams to synchronize scheduling data and establish accurate delivery dates for global customers.
* You will oversee Material Requirements Planning systems to ensure exception messages are managed effectively, maintaining inventory health and data accuracy.
Selecting an appropriate candidate is crucial. We need someone with analytical skills to assess complex production capacities.
Your Responsibilities: Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) coordination with Production Planners. Foster a culture of professional growth through effective leadership, Team Leadership, Developing the MPS; this role requires close cooperation between different departments: engineering, production, fulfillment.In addition we would like You have e-business experience (maybe from your current job), good organizational skills ,full autonomy on management functions – as well as very good communication when working with other business unitsand international stakeholders.
