Mechanical Design Engineer
Primary Location: Baden, AG, CH
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Baden (CH) as soon as possible.
What you'll do:
* Constructive integration of existing products into a customer‑specific solution with 3D models, parts lists, drawings and specifications
* Constructive implementation of product‑specific optimizations (product maintenance)
* Integration and documentation review of auxiliary systems (purchased parts) such as gearboxes, lubrication units, valves, tools, etc. from suppliers
* Independent planning and execution of projects with a focus on high‑quality results, on‑time delivery, and high customer satisfaction within the expected budget
* Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as development (R&D) and project management
* Compliance with standards and norms
Who you are:
* Apprenticeship as a design engineer / machine draftsman, further training as a technician or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
* Several years of experience with 3D CAD / PDM (Inventor/Vault and Creo/Windchill)
* Manufacturing and assembly experience with mechanical components
* Structured, independent, and goal‑oriented work style
* Enthusiastic and communicative personality, proactive approach, networked thinking and action, as well as an independent and solution‑oriented work style
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Responsible and conscientious
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
