In this role you will work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver highly scalable and performant solutions to our customers.Your job's key responsibilities are:Developing high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions with agile methods using Java and SpringCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design software solutionsParticipating in design and code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standardsMentoring junior developers to improve their skills and knowledgeContributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and practicesActively participating in the continuous improvement of quality in the team and across the company Working closely with Product / Project Leads and Agile Delivery Leads to ensure a timely and high-quality delivery of software solutionsJob requirements
YOUR SKILLSEssential Skills:4+ years in object-oriented software development with Java and JEECompleted technical studies related to software engineeringSolid knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practicesHigh personal standards regarding non-functional requirements (quality, performance, security)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (min.
