Im Hard Rock Cafe Shop Innsbruck triffst du täglich Gäste aus aller Welt – und du bist es, der ihnen ein Stück Hard Rock mit nach Hause gibt. Kleidung, Schmuck, Merchandise, Sammlerstücke – du kennst dein Sortiment, du liebst deinen Job, und man sieht es dir an.
Du berätst unsere internationalen Kund*innen mit echtem Herzblut, verkaufst aktiv und mit Begeisterung, übernimmst Kassa und Kassaabrechnung und sorgst dafür, dass der Shop immer perfekt aussieht – von der Warenpräsentation bis zur Lagerpflege.
Was du mitbringst:
Musikbegeisterung und eine echte Affinität zur Hard Rock Marke. Spaß am Verkaufen und am Umgang mit Menschen aus aller Welt. Deutsch und Englisch sind Pflicht, jede weitere Sprache ein Plus. Flexibilität für Wochenend- und Abenddienste sowie die Bereitschaft, mindestens 32 Stunden pro Woche da zu sein.

Clothing, jewelry, merchandise, collectibles – you know your product, you love your work, and it shows.
You’ll advise our international customers with genuine enthusiasm, actively sell and inspire, handle the cash register and daily closing, and make sure the shop always looks its best – from visual merchandising to stock management.
What you bring:
A passion for music and a real connection to the Hard Rock brand. You enjoy selling and thrive on human interaction. German and English are required, any additional language is a bonus. You’re flexible for weekend and evening shifts and available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
