We are looking for a Director Enterprise Sales to join us on this exciting journey! As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence in the enterprise sector.
This role is currently open for a hybrid/remote arrangement.
Your mission
As our Director Enterprise Sales at Prewave, you will
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team.
* Foster a results-driven and collaborative sales culture within the team.
* Mentor your team on how to build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive enterprise sales growth.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
* Report on sales activities' performance, including relevant KPIs and OKRs.
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales (5+ years), with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SaaS and supply chain risk management and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
* Proven success in using solution-selling methodologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Native-level German is not mandatory but a plus.
* Valid work permit for the EU.
What we offer you
* An extensive compensation package
We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 100.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience and we are willing to overpay if the requirements are met.
