Department and Responsibilities
In the Payments Integration & Cash Management department, part of Erste Digital's Core Services division, we handle national and international payment transactions and cash management services. We participate in numerous projects at both national and international levels. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst eager to work in a dynamic, digital banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance the next generation of cash management and payments infrastructure for Erste Group.
* Participate in various projects, including strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and projects with local and international scope.
* Analyze and evaluate existing cash management and payment architectures to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document requirements and design solutions.
* Stay updated on business and technology trends in cash management and payments.
Candidate Requirements
* Willingness to learn and handle complex systems of Erste Group.
* Several years of experience in the cash management domain, preferably within a bank or financial institution.
* Basic knowledge of payments business.
* Practical experience with requirements engineering methods, techniques, and tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
* Interpersonal skills and reliability as a team player.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of EBICS or Host-to-Host file transfers.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements like MBS2EBICS and Instant Payment Regulation.
* Experience with projects implementing changes in cash management, payments, or core banking systems.
