We are seeking a passionate Commis de Cuisine to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl for the summer season. Your responsibilities will include assisting in preparing dishes and contributing to the success of our outlets and events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Organize and set up the assigned section of the kitchen to maximize efficiency and productivity.
2. Prepare dishes consistently according to standard recipes.
3. Work in different sections of the kitchen as needed or directed by the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
4. Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen.
5. Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
