The team is responsible for essential core components in the latest generation of the Dynatrace observability platform. It is enthusiastic, passionate about technological innovations and knowledge sharing, and maintains a collaborative and enjoyable atmosphere.
Your role:
* Support and guide your development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on backend engineering and microservices architecture across different cloud environments.
* Serve as a gatekeeper for your team, acting as the interface between them and other stakeholders, including Product Owners, Product Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects.
* Create meaningful, well-formed User Stories aligned with the product strategy, clarifying story details.
* Establish a landing zone for Dev Epics and ensure the team delivers expected outputs within the set timeframe.
* Manage and prioritize the team backlog collaboratively with stakeholders, maintaining its content and conceptual integrity.
* Foster a collaborative network by connecting with Product Owners from other teams and working on related technical components, enhancing decision-making and knowledge sharing.
* Ensure the quality of the team's components through self-monitoring, performance testing, proactive maintenance, and health monitoring.
What will help you succeed
* At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Software Engineer, Project Manager in a software engineering environment, or comparable roles.
* A technical degree related to software engineering (or equivalent) is a plus.
* Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and deepening your understanding of the product ecosystem of the leading observability platform.
* Aspirations to understand and influence the technical aspects of API and microservice development.
* Team-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Nice-to-have: Experience with REST API design and architecture.
* Nice-to-have: Cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Nice-to-have: Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD processes, web security.
* Nice-to-have: Experience with Java, Java Spring, web development.

Compensation Data
* We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits.
* Legally, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €56,000 gross annually for full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary based on experience and qualifications.
