YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Program & Portfolio Management Team in administrative and organizational activities – get a first-hand understanding of how portfolio management works at PALFINGER
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and content updates of the internal project portfolio
Take over parts at the creation of reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and help visualize project performance
Support the preparation of project and training materials, including presentations for management meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders on communication and alignment tasks
Participate in team meetings and gain insights into portfolio governance and prioritization processes
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Ongoing studies or a completed degree in a business or technical field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems) preferred
Good English skills, German is an advantage
Strong interest in project & portfolio management, and process optimization
Proactive and structured working style with attention to detail
Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint as well as Strong teamwork, communication skills, and reliability

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,949.22 is paid on a full-time basis.
