The SEO and SEA team forms the digital foundation for a successful online presence. It ensures that MED‑EL is optimally visible in search engines and that relevant target groups are reached through strategic campaigns. With data‑driven analyses, creative initiatives, and continuous optimization, the team makes a decisive contribution to increasing reach, strengthening brand awareness, and securing sustainable growth in the digital environment.
Your Tasks
* Perform keyword analyses and topic research for our global B2B and B2C platforms, review existing content and assist with the creation of content plans.
* Assist with website audits covering technical, on‑page, and off‑page factors, using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
* Plan and implement SEO‑driven PR activities in close cooperation with our regional PR teams.
* Support the set‑up, management, and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns.
* Create and maintain monthly reports and analyse relevant SEO and SEA metrics.
Your Profile
* Higher finished education in marketing.
* Significant experience in Search Engine Optimization and know‑how with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, or similar applications.
* Understanding of technical SEO, content strategies, on‑page and off‑page optimisation and initial experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills as well as a self‑organised, motivated and team‑oriented working style.
* Very good English‑ and German skills.

Further Information
Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.
