As an AS&T Senior Specialist you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the analytical Product Stewards. The individual in this role conducts analytical investigations, validates, remediates, transfers, and implements analytical methods. You evaluate and incorporate new technologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Additionally, you collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MS&T), Development teams, and the broader Sandoz network to drive the successful execution of assigned projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Introduction of new technologies
* Developments and Improvements in Analytical Methods
* Product and process validations
* Provide scientific guidance to specialists in the members
* Support validation and qualification with analysis -Process performance
* Lead OpEx Projects -Investigation of Deviation, OOx, Complaints
* Define and implement CAPAs
* Support transfer projects and validation studies
* HSE incidents reporting and action follow-up
* Define improvement areas in process and products
* Ensure availability of equipment, chemicals and consumables, as appropriate -SOP review and revision
* Perform local training
* Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt
* Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
* Advanced university degree
* +10 years technical/scientific knowledge and experience of Pharmaceutical/Chemical Analytics/Development and equipment qualification.
* Experience in coding is a plus
* German is a plus

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 64.023,54/year (on a full-time basis).
In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
