Tell us about your strengths and apply at UNIQA IT Services GmbH (UITS), the IT service provider of the UNIQA Group, as IT Security Governance & Project Coordinator What to expect: * Coordinate and monitor security governance controls across IT releases and projects, ensuring compliance * Support release security reviews, documentation, approvals, and act as liaison between IT Security, Release Management and Delivery * Maintain and improve security governance framework, policies, guidelines and reporting templates * Track, report, and follow up on control implementation, findings and remediation actions * Facilitate alignment and communication between Value Trains, Security teams and stakeholders for consistent governance What we expect: * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field with 3-5 years' experience in IT Security, Governance or Release/Change Management * Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), risk management, controls and audit processes * Experienced in enterprise release and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and translating technical security requirements into governance activities * Excellent coordination, communication, stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills * Structured, proactive, detail-oriented and accountable with a strong sense of ownership; fluent in English, German a plus Your core competencies: * Action Oriented: We take action and learn from our mistakes * Finding effective solutions: You aim for simple feasible solutions.
