We are looking for a Platform Compliance Manager with a
strong focus on audits
. In this role, you drive the planning, execution, and successful closure of platform, security, and regulatory audits
across multiple markets
. You'll interpret compliance requirements, translate them into actionable technical solutions, and ensure correct implementation together with development teams.
A technical foundation is highly advantageous, as you will be discussing proposed solutions, validating implementations, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the audit lifecycle.
Your tasks
* Lead external and internal audits, including preparation, documentation, interviews, and explanation of technical implementations
* Review audit reports, address findings, and coordinate corrective actions with development teams
* Interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams for implementation
* Work with legal and compliance stakeholders to clarify regulatory questions and ensure alignment
* Guide the technical implementation of approved solutions and verify compliance before sign-off
* Prepare and maintain audit-relevant documentation (e.g., evidence, technical descriptions, license submissions)
* Support investigations and problem-solving on compliance issues, offering clear and concise explanations
* Keep stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and progress throughout audit and implementation processes
Your profile
* University degree and 5+ years of experience in a related technical, regulatory, or audit role
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex documents, policies, and standards
* Solid understanding of product development practices and agile methodologies
* Experience driving requirements and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups
* Technically literate, with the ability to discuss system concepts, integrations, or platform architecture
* Familiarity with security audits, regulatory reporting, QA testing, risk assessments, or technical documentation
* Excellent communication skills in English, capable of translating complex technical matters for legal, business, and IT audiences. Proficiency in German is a plus
* Structured, reliable, and proactive with strong time management and a high sense of ownership
