* Conducting reviews, analyses, and providing commentary on the financial reporting of subsidiaries, as well as preparing and commenting on the group report for monthly and quarterly reports.
* Designing planning processes and participating in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Providing independent support and assuming responsibility for controlling processes, beginning with structured requirements gathering and transitioning into the ERP and BI system.
* Serving as the contact person for subsidiaries and non-departmental areas regarding controlling inquiries.
* Offering opportunities for active participation in the development and expansion of our controlling processes within our new ERP system (ongoing implementation project).
What makes you great
* Completed studies in an economic science field, ideally with a focus on controlling, as well as several years of professional experience in controlling or a relevant adjacent area.
* Professionalism in handling analysis tools and processing and preparing large amounts of data.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Power BI is an advantage.
* Analytical thinking skills and strong communication abilities.
* Enjoyment of teamwork, proactive and independent approach, and a hands-on mentality.
* Fluent English skills.
