Your Main Roles And Responsibilities
* Monitoring and analysis of online marketing performance (Google Looker Studio) with a focus on KPI optimization
* Further development of KPIs and performance dashboards for managing digital campaigns
* Driving global digital marketing initiatives in close coordination with our international marketing counterparts
* Identifying digital marketing trends and strategically developing our digital campaigns
* Creation of reports on campaigns, trade fairs, newsletters, etc.
* Development of strategic initiatives for lead generation and optimization of the existing lead process as well as lead management
* Further development of our CRM system (SAP Sales Cloud) from a marketing perspective in close coordination with our IT department
* Ongoing optimization of JENTIS tracking in coordination with tracking experts and the legal department
* Responsibility for consent management on frauscher.com and optimization of the consent rate
You are just right for this role if
* you have completed training in the field of digital marketing/communication
* you have 2-3 years of professional experience in online and/or performance marketing - ideally in a B2B environment with a focus on lead generation
* you are confident in using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio as well as CRM systems (e.g. SAP Sales Cloud)
* you already have experience in the management of lead processes
* you approach tasks strategically and analytically
* you bring new ideas to the team - by observing trends or testing new tools and channels
* you have already gained some experience with tag manager systems, consent management platforms and/or marketing automation tools
* you have experience in SEA/SEO
