* Build and grow strong relationships with clients across key industries (engineering, food, pharma)
* Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire customers
* Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop optimal system solutions
* Manage and expand the distribution and sales network across Romania
* Represent the company as the local market expert and trusted partner
* Work independently from a home office while staying connected to HQ in Austria and support teams in Budapest
* Strong background in technical sales (ideally in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or automation)
* Ability to combine commercial drive with technical understanding
* Highly self-reliant and organized, comfortable working remotely
* Willingness to travel extensively within the region
* Fluent in Romanian and English (German or Hungarian is a plus)
* Work with advanced technologies: valves, sensors, regulators, and complete automation systems
