Maintain, support and further develop the network environment, including the Data Center and office locationsImplement and maintain network solutions, including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and related network componentsImplement and maintain firewalls, including ACL configuration, routing, firmware upgrades, VPN, syslog and general firewall operationsSupport Disaster Recovery proceduresProvide operational support to the team in maintaining IT infrastructure servicesMonitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds or similar monitoring toolCoordinate and work efficiently with external partners/vendors to ensure smooth operations of internal toolsActively participate in IT projects and contribute to successful implementationProvide second-level support resolving tickets in Jira
Higher education, preferably in a technical/IT fieldMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in administering IT network infrastructureExperience with implementing and maintaining network solutions using Ruckus (or Cisco/Extreme), including VLAN, BGP, ACLs and strong overall networking knowledgeExperience in implementing and maintaining firewalls (Cisco or similar), including ACL configuration, routing, firmware upgrades, VPN and syslog administrationExperience supporting Disaster Recovery procedures with VMware SRM; knowledge of Veeam for disaster recovery is an advantageExperience building network infrastructure from scratch, including SD-WAN solutionsVery good command of English (German, Polish or French is a plus)Strong communication and documentation skills, including JiraProactive, structured work approach and ownership of assigned tasks, processes and documentationWillingness to grow professionally and collaborate effectively within the teamWillingness to travel (once per quarter), driving license would be a plusNice to have:AWS or Azure Network knowledgeVeeam knowledgePractical experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, EntraID, Exchange, Active Directory)PAM knowledgeFamiliarity with ITIL practices
