Role Description The E‑Commerce Specialist is a full‑time hybrid role based in Vöcklabruck, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. In this role, you will manage and optimise Harvia’s online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive conversion and revenue. You will monitor site performance, analyse traffic and sales data, and recommend improvements to enhance the customer journey and user experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer service teams, updating content and product information, and ensuring consistency of brand messaging across platforms. You will also support digital campaigns, handle basic customer inquiries related to online orders, and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong e‑commerce experience, including managing online storefronts, product catalogs, and basic knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and tools.
Proficiency in sales‑related activities, such as optimising conversion funnels, supporting digital campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams to meet revenue goals.
Solid analytical skills for interpreting web analytics, sales reports, and customer data, and translating insights into concrete actions.
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to customer inquiries and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, email, social media) is an advantage.
Experience with CMS, marketplace platforms, and basic HTML or web publishing is beneficial.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment and managing tasks independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
Relevant education or equivalent work experience in e‑commerce, business, marketing, or a related field; experience in consumer goods or wellness industries is a plus.
