Customer Success Partner - Mental Health

In this role, you’ll lead strategic partnerships and drive meaningful outcomes across a critical and growing segment of healthcare, bringing innovative, person‑centred solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end‑to‑end customer success lifecycle across the Mental Health segment
* Build and grow strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities and driving expansion
* Translate market insights and partner needs into innovative, scalable solutions
* Lead proposals and tenders, shaping impactful, high‑quality submissions
* Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing delivery
* Showcase impact through data‑driven insights and outcome storytelling
Must Haves
* Proven experience in customer success, partnerships, or business development
* Strong understanding of healthcare systems, funding, and stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex proposals and stakeholder engagement
* Commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and deliver outcomes
* A passion for Mental Health and improving patient experiences at scale
* Highly collaborative, adaptable, and solutions‑focused approach
