Responsibilities:
1. Convince hotels of our software through on-site appointments and via email/telephone.
2. Develop sales pipelines and processes in the Austrian market.
3. Conduct on-site presentations and workshops for new customers to enable quick and successful use of our tool.
4. Identify and explore new uses and enhancements of our product.
5. Manage and advance your own projects.
6. Collaborate closely with customer service, sales, product, and marketing to focus on customer success stories.
7. Utilize our CRM system Hubspot and assist in setting up a knowledge database.
Minimum Requirements:
* Successfully completed commercial/technical education or degree.
* Experience and network in the Austrian hotel sector.
* Experience with one or more sales CRMs.
* Affinity for technical products.
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with diverse personalities.
* High level of self-organization and initiative.
