As an expert in Performance & Resilience Management, you will co‑design the organization and processes within Fronius Operations and Supply Chain. You collaborate with management and relevant departments to develop diverse topics.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Risk Management & Compliance
* Co‑development of a cross‑cutting risk management system to strengthen organizational resilience.
* Business contingency planning.
* Analysis and action plan development for structural robustness of value chain and supply chain.
* Active risk and incident management.
* Ensure compliance with supply‑chain regulation requirements (e.g., CSDDD, EUDR) and implement necessary measures.
Strategic Work & Change Management
* Further development and operation of the strategic goal system for Operations.
* Participation in company‑wide strategy process.
* Support ongoing project to introduce a new ERP system.
Target & Cost Management
* Analytical activities and target cost determination.
* Variance analysis and recommendation of suitable measures.
* Participation in the budgeting process.
Your Profile
* Completed business administration or technical degree.
* Several years of relevant professional experience and project management knowledge.
* Entrepreneurial thinking and strong result orientation.
* Experience in the industrial environment (Operations and Supply Chain Management) is an advantage.
* Strong communication, empathy and teamwork.
* Intercultural understanding in a global environment.
* Hands‑on mindset, flexibility and innovation enthusiasm.
* Fluent in English, both orally and written.

Our salaries are above the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry. The collective minimum ranges from €3,775.27 to €4,862.95 – with readiness to pay above. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
