We are looking for a dedicated personality to fill a year-round position as a building technician at our two resorts in the beautiful Salzburg region – Zell am See and Saalbach. The resort in Zell am See has 64 apartments, a pool, a wellness area, a fitness room and beautiful outdoor facilities. The charming resort in Saalbach has 21 apartments, a small but exquisite wellness area and beautiful gardens. Our guests come from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. For this full-time, year-round position, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our team as a technical manager in building services.
What you can expect
* Operation and maintenance of technical systems
* Troubleshooting
* Interior and exterior building maintenance
* Compliance with safety standards
* Performing other summer and winter maintenance work
* Daily inspections to identify and resolve defects
* Conducting emergency training
What you bring along
* Completed skilled trades
* Thorough and independent work
* A/B driving license is required
* Experience in building services
* German language skills are required
